I enjoy helping teams bring structure to complex work. Whatever the project, I focus on creating clarity, removing obstacles, and keeping people moving in the same direction.
Over the past 10 years, I've led projects and programs across engineering, manufacturing, construction, and the military. That has meant tackling everything from new product launches and process improvements to complex, cross-functional initiatives. The work has varied considerably, but the fundamentals of successful execution remain remarkably consistent: clear priorities, strong communication, and disciplined follow-through.
How I Work
Clarity Creates Momentum
Most project challenges aren't caused by a lack of effort. Problems usually start when priorities aren't clear, people don't have the information they need, or teams aren't aligned on what comes next. I like bringing structure to those situations so people can spend less time sorting through confusion and more time getting the work done.
People Make Projects Successful
Tools and processes can make work easier, but they can't replace a strong team. I try to make sure people understand what we're working toward, where they fit, and what they need from each other to succeed. Good communication and mutual trust go a long way from there.
Practical Over Perfect
I believe progress comes from practical solutions, not perfect ones. The best processes are the ones people will actually use, so I focus on solutions that solve the problem, make work easier, and hold up over time.
